HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
You will ensure that all strategies and projects developed by the Omnichannel Delivery Hub are successfully planneddeliveredandoptimizedto provide continuous consistent improvement in consumer outcomes and commercial performanceof the Markets.
You will overseeend to endprocess of consumer programs activation / product launches / campaigns launches / BAU activities being deployed by the Omnichannel Hub to ensure they are delivered on promise and on time. You will be working closely withCentralDeploymentteam/Toolbox ownersRegionalteamMarkets Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience teams and the internal service providers to help plan and deliver Omnichannel projects that are in line with global consumer strategy market and regional needs.
- Global tomarket planning & feasibility checking of Product Launches according toGlobal Calendar.
- Campaign/Programs/Products Management process adherence to be in line with the universal intake process thatdeliverspeed to market (Operational Performance).
- Stakeholder management with Toolbox and program owners in OC (Central Team) Region Team Global Deployment Planning IT Marketing Ops (Channels &Content Management).
- Gate keeper (maintainingdelivery momentum) of campaigns/programs intake & product launches process to ensure they are delivered on promise and on time.
- Steering the reporting initiatives for learnings & insights on keyprojectsto constructively influence future strategiestoCentralToolbox owners.
- Drivingthe continuousimprovement across the entire orchestration/delivery process and tools.
- Coordination and driving collaboration with the SMEsMarkets andCentral teamsto tackle the delivery progressandresolve any blockers.
- Manage team working in areaof:deliveryplanningand reporting
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Strongpracticalknowledge in managing multi-channel and multi-market marketing operations.
- Robust experience in digital marketing campaigns including Paid/Owned/Earned Media SEOeCRMSocial Media andeComand their integration with offline touchpoints (retail footprint call centersetc.) to deliver multichannel consumer experiences.
- Experience in measuring program / campaign / experience effectiveness and using data-driven metrics.
- Detailoriented with proven organizational and project management skills quality control skills resourceplanning skills.
- Experience working with Agile & Lean practices.
- Strong communicationand presentation skills with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of escalation procedures incident management problem solving and other disciplines related to service delivery.
- Experiencein people management and leadership.
