For our procurement department we are currently looking for Associate Buyer to support our team in coordinating purchasing processes and supplier this role you will be responsible for preparing procurement documentation (Central Contracts Scheduling Agreements sourcing lists initial samples) creating and managing adhoc orders and following up with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes including tooling and PPAP orders.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
Preparing procurement documentation including Central Contracts Scheduling Agreements sourcing lists and initial samples
Creating and managing adhoc purchase orders and coordinating followup with suppliers
Supporting administrative procurement processes such as tooling and PPAP orders
Preparing Excel analyses and supporting logisticsrelated activities
Handling and verifying invoices
Managing RFQs in the esourcing system
Coordinating drawing changes and ensuring proper alignment with internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate and uptodate data in the ERP system
Collaborating closely with Logistics R&D Quality and Finance teams
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures legal requirements and the Integrated Health Safety and Environmental Management System
Your Skills and Expertise:
Fluent English - minimum B2/C1 knowledge of German will be considered as advantage
Min. bachelors degree and at least 1 year of experience in Procurement Supply Chain Finance or related business area
Knowledge of SAP operations: R/3 user of the MM module and different procurement tools - nice to have
Corporate experience
General overview of procurement & logistics operations
People person who truly enjoys communicating with others establishing good relations with them and is open to working in an international environment
Problem solver with an analytical mind and strong Excel skills
