The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join the MS Enterprise Franchise Sales Campaign Management this customer-facing role you will provide administrative support to international clients with the opportunity to develop further into a commercial role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting merchants in contracting with Worldline through DocuSign
- Handle any administrative tasks for merchant activation or orders coordinating between internal departments and the merchant
- Helping merchants understand/analyze their AML & KYC requirements
- Ensuring successful completion of contracts in cooperation with Risk & compliance teams
- Provide information to merchants in the initial deployment of Worldline services and how to contact Customer Services
Who Are We Looking For:

- Commercial and constructive communicator with internal & external contacts
- Ability to quickly and successfully master digital tools (DocuSign online contracting suite)
- Ability to work independently and diligently to meet varying customer inflow as well as work successfully with others in the team
- Diligent and accurate execution of processes owning the outcome with a customer-centric mindset
- Real team player working together to co-create solve and innovate in a positive team atmosphere
- Experience with KYC/AML and general customer acceptance workflow is a plus
Full professional proficiency in English required French or German is a plus
