Job Summary

What you will do:
Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct manage monitor and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify analyze and understand project risks develop and monitor a risk response plan.
Manage project budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) with strong cost control discipline
Track and report project progress using clear data-driven metrics (timelines risks financials)
Remove obstacles resolve issues and maintain momentum in complex project environments
Foster a high-performing engaged team culture with a strong sense of accountability
What do you need:
Degree in Engineering or related technical field
4 years of work experience in project management and/or technical roles
Experience managing budgets timelines and cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of process validation GD&T statistical methods or process mapping is a plus
Growth mindset ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
Familiarity with regulated industries is highly desirable
Knowledge of Polish and English on communicative level
