Your responsibilities:

• Support Retail Marketing team in their daily tasks

• Support the development and execution of in-store marketing activities and promotional campaigns

• Contribute to the strategy and implementation of brand visibility initiatives in retail environments

• Prepare reports and analyze data on shopper behavior competitive activities and campaign performance

• Support the preparation of Customer presentations and in-store materials (POS leaflets digital content)

• Collaborate with other departments including Customer Development Supply Chain and Consumer Marketing

• Manage multiple tasks related to product launches and shopper engagement programs

Our requirements:

• University degree (preferred marketing management or related area)

• Interest in marketing ability to generate new ideas following market marketing trends

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data

• Good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Google sheet user

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

• Independent willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary: 7 000 PLN gross monthly

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
