Job Description:
Casablanca Global Cybersecurity Group is looking for a motivated and organized Pre-Hire Intern Junior HR Coordinator to join our HR team and support our client AnyTech365 a leading European IT support and cybersecurity company.
This internship offers a broad exposure to HR functions with a strong focus on administrative HR tasks and coordination between HR and different teams. It is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment with the potential to transition to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee files and documentation (contracts amendments legal documents certificates etc.)
- Participate in the onboarding process: collect documents build employee files and monitor signatures
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documents (in collaboration with the payroll team)
- Draft HR-related letters and support document filing and archiving
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and the HR team
- Provide occasional support to the recruitment or HR development teams as needed
Profile:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelors or Masters degree) in HR Business Administration or a related field
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidentiality autonomy and a proactive mindset
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with HR software is a plus
