Job Summary
- Support the demand planning team in maintaining and updating forecasting files and planning reports.
- Assist in monitoring forecast data and identifying discrepancies or unusual trends.
- Help track product phase-in/phase-out activities and maintain related planning information.
- Support shipment tracking and follow up on delivery status with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing data and presentations for S&OP and planning meetings.
- Maintain and update master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Support stock monitoring and availability follow-up to help ensure smooth operations.
- Help analyze historical sales data and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes reporting and data accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or master degree (completed or ongoing) in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Data Analytics Engineering or a related field.
- Internship or academic exposure to supply chain logistics planning or data analysis is a plus.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and Excel spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in an international environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
