Finance Transformation Senior Analyst
Job Summary
About the team and the role
As part of the Group Administration and Taxation team you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of administrative and accounting processes through automation and AI. You will:
- Analyze endtoend administrative and accounting processes (OrdertoCash ProcuretoPay General Ledger reconciliations Reporting VAT document management) to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Gather business requirements design target processes and define KPIs and business cases.
- Work closely with IT teams to test validate and implement AI and automation solutions.
- Monitor regulatory technological and market trends related to AI automation and the digitalization of administrative and finance processes.
The position is based in Milan and reports to Group Accounting VAT and Customs Sr. Manager
About you
You bring solid experience in Finance and Administration combined with a strong interest in digital innovation and process improvement. Specifically you have:
- Strong knowledge of key accounting and administrative processes.
- Good command of SAP (FI CO MM SD).
- Experience in datadriven automation and digital transformation projects (RPA / AI).
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI solutions applied to Finance processes.
- A degree in Economics Administration Management Engineering or related fields.
- A proven experience in Finance Administration Project management or Controlling roles with exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
