Italy Accounts Payable Internship Start date: September 2026 6 monthsMilan

Amplifon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Italy Accounts Payable Team of Amplifon Italia S.p.A.

You will support the team in managing daily accounts payable activities contributing to supplier invoice processing financial controls and payment operations. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic and international corporate environment.

Youll be in charge of:

• Support supplier invoice processing and accounting checks ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Assist with payments vendor reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Manage vendor master data and help resolve administrative or payment-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations
• Contribute to process improvement digitalization and automation projects within Accounts Payable

You are the right person if you:

• Have a degree or educational background in Economics Finance Accounting or related fields
• Are confident using Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Have a good analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data
• Are accurate detail-oriented and organized
• Show a proactive curious and hands-on attitude
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

• Are fluent in Italian and proficient in English
