The opportunity

For our Business Unit Service in Monselice we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist.

How youll make an impact

• Supporting the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process while developing new and existingbusinessby increasing internal and external knowledge of products and markets.

• Participating in sales strategy discussions assigning short- and long-term goals and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans.

• Identifyingcustomer needs and competitor offers through market analysis ensuring efficient marketing actions and communicationsdemonstratethe value proposition of the products systemsserviceand packages.

• Supporting the area Sales organization/customers indeterminingthe most technicallyappropriateand cost-effective solutions and providing technical support productpresentationsand product/solution/service-related training.

• Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals to increase future competitiveness.

• Performing sales performance reviews proposing recovery plans in cases of potential ordershortfallsand providing regular sales activity reports toassistinproduction planning.

• Preparing offers in coordination with the quotation department.

• Reporting innecessary tools like SFDC.

Your background:

• Technical background (Engineering degree is preferred)

• More than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management.

• Previous experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plus.

• Fluent Italian and English
