Make a real impact
Perform comprehensive market research
Conduct analysis and translate data / qualitative input into relevant and meaningful client insights
Preparestate-of-the-artpresentations and high-caliber reports
Involved in PM activities
prepare project plans
monitor progress against plan (timeline scope resources)
draftproject status updates for key stakeholders highlighting risks issues and mitigation plans
prepare management reports
coordinate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder-alignment
Opportunity to work on management consulting projects M&As and strategic PM engagements with leading insurance clients in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
What you bring matters
Bachelors or masters degree from a renowned university in Finance & Economics Business Administration Engineering Mathematics Physics Humanitarian studies orotherrelatedfield
Experience: You willbenefitfrom 1- 3 years ofpreviousexperience in PMO / transformation roles within financial services preferably insurance or consulting firm
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word Excel Power Point MS Project) or similar. Knowledge of Data Analytics and Power BI will be considered an asset.
Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent PM certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time
Excellent written and oral communicationskills both in Greek and Englishwith ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with great attention to detail.
Ability toconceptualizeideas whilemaintaina strong execution discipline
Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects
Creativity entrepreneurialspiritand eagerness to challenge the status quo
