In Bulgaria we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands: Avene Ducray A-Derma Klorane Rene Furterer Elgydium and Eludril.
We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.
Your mission
- Lead motivate manage and provide follow-up for a team on the field in order to increase sales for the respective brands
- Ensure the objectives are achieved by the team in accordance with the company strategy
- Support and supervise the team activities
- Responsible for execution of balanced and effective sales routes respecting ABC analyses and future potential
- As a representative of Middle Management act as an interface between the field and head office
- Recognize business opportunities based on the customer need and company strategy
- Follow up on major accounts and other specific customers
- Responsible for the development of long term sustainable partnership with Major Clients and key Decision Makers.
Who you are
- Masters degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration
- Sales experience (at least three to five years)
- Analytical skills problem solving skills risk management
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Persuasion skills
