Account Executive Italian & English Sofia Bulgaria

What Youll Do:
- Reconnect & Reactivate: Reach out to former customers and encourage them to start using our products again.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with your clients understand their goals and act as their main point of contact.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a clear plan to grow your business portfolio and maximize client investment.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify new opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field and increase revenue in key product areas.
- Client Support: Provide tailored marketing recommendations help clients turn goals into actionable strategies and ensure long-term success.
- Communication: Engage with clients through email phone and online meetings providing timely solutions and insights.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up to date on products best practices and industry standards.
- Performance Focus: Achieve quarterly sales targets and other KPIs while contributing to the teams success.
What Were Looking For:
Strong understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Experience in sales customer service or outsourcing environments.
Skilled in value-based selling in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge or experience in marketing is a plus.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer investment.
Excellent organizational skills self-motivation and discipline.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 1926.30 EUR gross/month 1551.70 EUR quarterly performance bonus
- Hybrid work model: On-site Wednesday & Thursday remote other days
- Working hours: Mon Fri 10:00 19:00
- Relocation package for Sofia:
10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included)
Travel reimbursement up to 250 EUR after 6 months
Monthly transportation/internet allowance
- Life milestones bonus: marriage birth/adoption of a child university graduation
