Job Summary
Job Overview:
The Revenue Analyst II supports the Revenue Cycle Management function by ensuring accurate setup maintenance and governance of customer contracts projects and revenue plans within Workday. This role is responsible for maintaining high data integrity across revenue-related records and plays a key role in enabling accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
The position partners closely with Billing Finance Project Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure correct financial configuration investigate and resolve data discrepancies and support day-to-day revenue operations. Core responsibilities include configuring contract and project data in Workday creating and allocating revenue plans analyzing variances in time and employee data and supporting timesheet compliance.
In addition the Revenue Analyst II contributes to employee training related to Workday revenue processes supports internal process improvement initiatives and serves as a subject-matter resource for cross-functional partners. The role requires strong attention to detail problem-solving capability system proficiency and effective cross-team communication while consistently contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The RCM Revenue Analyst II will lead group discussions foster a positive team environment and present feedback to management including but not limited to the following:
- Set up customer contracts and clinical projects in Workday / data verification
Financial contract parameters creating revenue plans rate sheets and pricing grids in Workday
- Allocating revenue plans based on the contract
- Work with the Billing Team and Project Finance Analysts as needed to address queries related to set-up
- Coordinate with Project Managers for financial setup Resource Project Plans and role assignments
- Conduct audits of Workday employee data and reconcile with employee data
- Analyze time data variances to determine the underlying cause and implement the appropriate resolution to balance the data
- Inform persistent timesheet offenders through the use of personal messages of their responsibilities to complete outstanding timesheets
- Collaborate with Finance Contract Management Proposals Resource Management etc. on bill code (a.k.a. project ID) status and other related material changes
- Assist in the training of new employees on timesheet completion through the conduct of orientation sessions
- Advise employees and Project Managers on the use of Workday and provide informal training on an ad hoc basis as requested
- Participate in internal projects for process improvements and technical automation with teams worldwide
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
Bachelor in Economics Finance Accounting
Experience (Minimum Required):
23 years of experience in a similar role within a global company.
Industry experience is considered an advantage.
