Improve Europes leading investment platform:

You will be joining around 20 colleagues in the Credit Risk team who are passionate and motivated in what they do. You will be reporting to the Team Lead Risk Manager. Helping keep DEGIRO safe and able to sustain our clients needs is critical to our success. To achieve this you will be able to work in collaboration with your team and other departments on optimizing risk processes and systems on real-time risk handling. All teams are very open and approachable. They will support you in gaining new skills and knowledge.

This is what youll do:

• To monitor and manage risk within retail customers at flatexDEGIRO;
• Manage margin and credit risk identify and mitigate operational risk monitor trading and compliance with rules.
• Work in collaboration with other departments on optimizing risk processes and systems;
• Assist in the development and improvement of risk measures reports and policies;
• You will monitor all entities within the group and ensure they follow specified rules and regulations;
• Assist development and documentation of margin models;
• Monitor trading compliance;

Youll bring us these skills:

• Masters degree in finance Economics Econometrics Mathematics or similar field;
• Knowledge of financial markets;
• Excellent command of English;
• Ability to work with VBA and SQL;
• Familiar with Excel;
• High attention to detail;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to work on a fast-paced environment;
• Resilience to stress.
