HR COORDINATOR

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads CV screening interview scheduling follow-ups;

• Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience;

• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires;

• Maintain employee files and HR documentation;

• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support;

• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• University degree (or ongoing studies) in HR Business Administration or related field;

• Previous experience in HR or admin is an advantage;

• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills;

• Excellent communication and a positive service-oriented mindset;

• High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality;

• Good command of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint);

• Fluency in English.
