Were looking for a Junior Advisor Talent Acquisition to join our growing ANZ TA team supporting recruitment across SMEC Australia & New Zealand.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 12 years experience in recruitment whos ready to deepen their endtoend TA exposure within a complex professional services environment.

What youll be doing

• Support endtoend recruitment across professional and technical roles within SMEC ANZ
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a positive hiring experience
• Manage job postings candidate screening interviews offers and onboarding coordination
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in Workday
• Ensure a consistent inclusive and highquality candidate experience

What were looking for

• 12 years experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
• Strong stakeholder communication and organisational skills
• A curiosity for learning TA best practice and workforce trends
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Experience with ATS / HR systems (Workday experience a plus)
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in people and careers
