About the Role
Were looking for a talented Senior Media Specialist to support the planning and delivery of our media strategy in one of Australias most competitive categories.
This role is ideal for a high-performing media professional looking to step into a client-side position with greater exposure ownership and end-to-end involvement. Youll contribute to both campaign delivery and strategic thinking helping to shape effective media activity that drives business outcomes.
Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment bring genuine passion to your work and be comfortable getting hands-on to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard across all channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across all channels
Assist in translating business and marketing objectives into effective media plans
Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver strong campaign outcomes
Develop data-led presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Monitor campaign performance optimisation and post-campaign analysis to identify insights
Support campaign operations including briefing budgets forecasting and invoicing
Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time on budget and to a high standard
Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness and ways of working
Keep up to date with industry trends emerging platforms and competitor activity
Contribute to broader marketing initiatives with an audience-first mindset
What Were Looking For
Solid experience in media or marketing with exposure across multiple channels
Understanding of how media contributes to marketing and business outcomes
Curiosity about audience behaviour and what drives engagement
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive can-do attitude
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience across a range of media channels with familiarity in platforms such as Google and Meta
5 years experience in media marketing or a related field

Campaigns are delivered smoothly on time and within budget
Performance insights are clear and help improve future activity
Strong collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
