Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Resourcing Administrator to support our national client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin or recruitment exposure whos looking to grow into a recruitment career.

About the Role

Working closely with a team of consultants youll play a key role in keeping recruitment operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced admin-heavy position where youll take ownership of coordination onboarding and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates (phone-based screening only)
• Coordinating interviews for consultants
• Managing candidate onboarding (compliance references documentation)
• Booking medicals and monitoring results
• Supporting weekly rostering (Fridays)
• Chasing timesheets and compliance requirements
• Managing communication between candidates clients and internal teams
• Supporting bulk recruitment campaigns
• Preparing mobilisation/onboarding packs for clients

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment HR admin or a high-volume admin role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment
