As a Partnerships & Content Director you will source innovative collaborations manage briefings and evaluation processes and lead content strategy. You will identify and develop non-traditional partnership opportunities that extend beyond conventional advertising.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months.
Core responsibilities:
Develop innovative partnership strategies and content approaches for our clients
Lead the development of partnership briefs assess responses and craft integrated solutions
Build and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners
Present partnership opportunities and content strategies confidently to senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to amplify campaign impact
Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate commercial impact of the craft
About You:
Strong clientfacing capability - confident taking a brief shaping the strategic recommendation and leading partnership conversations endtoend.
A blend of creative and commercial thinking with the ability to develop culturally relevant content and partnership solutions that drive real business outcomes.
Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle: identifying opportunities assessing responses negotiating terms and delivering integrated executions.
A natural collaborator who can advocate for the content & partnerships craft internally contribute to pitches and help build capability across the agency.
Deep curiosity about culture platforms creators and emerging partnership models - and the ability to translate that into meaningful opportunities for clients.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to present ideas influence stakeholders and build relationships across publishers platforms and partners.
