No Experience No Problem!

Our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program gives you everything you need to kickstart your driving career.

Well pay you while you train to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence followed by a five-week hands-on induction that combines classroom learning with on-road experience.

Youll also receive ongoing mentoring and support for 12 months as you work towards a nationally recognised qualification all while earning and gaining valuable real-world experience.

All you need to bring is a positive attitude enthusiasm and a passion for helping people get where they need to go.

Who Were Looking For

You dont need bus driving experience just the right attitude and a few key essentials:

• Great people skills and a customer-first mindset
• Held a Tasmanian Drivers Licence for at least 2 years
• Willing to obtain a Tasmanian Driving Authorisation
• Willing to complete a pre-employment physical and medical check
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable punctual and a team player
• Please note you must be available to attend an assessment centre in the last week of April
• This position will be commencing in May 2026
