Project Supervisor Project Managers

Primary Objective
The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and experience in new construction projects demonstrating a successful track record in leading the delivery of multi million-dollar electrical projects.

This position will be site based on new developments on the Gold Coast where you will manage the delivery of multi residential towers over $10M electrical.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and direction to a site team including foreman leading hands tradespersons and apprentices
• Ensure projects are proactively managed executed according to the project plan schedule and budget as well as assisting in the resolution of issues;
• Building & solidifying strong relationships with the builder and subcontractors on site
• Forecast and program project resources including labour schedules and equipment;
• Measure productivity and delivery schedules on theproject
• Lead a safety first and quality focused team culture

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will bring previous experience leading a team to deliver large electrical projects.

The successful candidate will bring the following skills experience and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience as Supervisor Site Manager or Electrical Project Manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with people at all levels including internal and external customers industry suppliers and stakeholders;
• Lead by example driving a safety-first culture company values and standards;
• Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment and the confidence in your skills to make decisions;
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team provide mentorship and share knowledge in a clear and concise manner;
• Demonstrate a willingness to assist project teams at times rolling up your sleeves to help.
