What you will do:

• Serve as the primary contact for partners across programming marketing and finance managing activities such as content promotions new user acquisition opportunities partner payments and reporting.
• Implement partner hand-off after deal completion and collaborate with partners to build account plans that support each partys commitments under the agreement.
• Manage onboarding of new channel partners including channel setup content ingestion and publishing processes and training partners on dashboard and CMS features.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities for partners by coordinating with Ad Sales teams.
• Log and track partner account status in Kicks backend regularly reporting metrics against established partnership goals.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for newly onboarded partners.
• Collaborate with Product teams to identify new products (e.g. Extensions Co-streaming with Kick influencers) that enhance partner content and audience engagement on Kick.

What you will bring:

• Strong understanding of Thai culture and a passion for the Thai streaming industry.
• Native-level fluency in Thai both verbal and written.
• 1-2 years experience in strategic account management or relevant client relations.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Proficient with Google Suite Slack Discord
