Join our dynamic team at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel as SeniorSales Manager where youll play a key role in driving MICE business group bookings and unforgettable events in the heart of the city.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales youll be responsible for identifying and converting high-value sales opportunities building long-term client relationships and delivering seamless event experiences that exceed expectations.
What Youll Do
- Source and convert MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences Events) business.
- Drive group and event sales across corporate government Tour Series segments.
- Showcase our premium venues and tailor event solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
What Youll Bring
- 12 years experience in a proactive sales role ideally within hotels or events.
- Proven success in driving revenue and building client relationships.
- Strong prospecting negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CI/TY systems (highly regarded).
- Bonus: Knowledge of the Melbourne market.
