Key Responsibilities
Take Two is an intensive therapeutic service for infants children and young people who have suffered trauma neglect and disrupted attachment. This position is situated within Take Twos Northern Restoring Childhood Program which is part of the Northern Healing and Recovery Program (NHARP).
The Intake and Brief Intervention Clinician will support the intake team by conducting intake assessments and providing brief interventions to families referred to the service.
About You
Training or experience in working with vulnerable children adults and families whilst using MARAM and Safe and Together frameworks is essential to the role.
An appropriate Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Occupational Therapy Psychology Social Work Family Therapy Speech Pathology Art Therapy or related discipline is required for the role.
Please note: The scope of this position does not require the incumbent to practice as a registered psychologist occupational therapist or other AHPRA registered profession and as such discipline specific registration is not a requirement.
