Job Summary

THE ROLE

Reporting to the COO/CISO youll take ownership of enterprise risk governance and compliance across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role focused on uplifting and embedding the existing framework ensuring it is practical scalable and aligned to the needs of a growing business operating across and UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the uplift and enhancement of the enterprise risk framework and policy
Familiar with certifications like CISO and SOC in a similar industry
Industry experience in SaaS
Reviewing and refining existing frameworks to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and streamlined
Establishing a clear and measurable risk appetite and reporting structure
Driving improvements across governance frameworks and policy architecture
Strengthening compliance frameworks and monitoring programs
Enhancing operational risk resilience and incident management capability
Delivering clear concise reporting to the Board and senior leadership

This role is Hybrid based in either our Melbourne or Sydney Office

What Were Looking For

10 years experience across risk compliance or governance
Experience in a senior leadership role (Head of / GM / Director level)
Strong experience in uplifting or enhancing existing frameworks
Background in regulated or complex industries
A pragmatic commercial approach with a focus on embedding frameworks into the business
