Business Development Manager, Essendon

Whats the Role

Westpac SME is entering an exciting phase of growth and were looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building strategic this role youll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with third-party introducers brokers and referral networks to drive new business opportunities.

Youll leverage your lending expertise and strong interpersonal skills to develop a robust pipeline of SME customers through external channels. By partnering with brokers accountants and other key stakeholders in the business community youll play a pivotal role in connecting new customers to Westpacs suite of SME solutions.

What Do I Need

• Proven experience in Business Banking
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Confidence in managing B2B partnerships and third-party channels
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through external networks
• Ability to influence and guide conversations with key stakeholders
