Transport Modeller

Our Sydney Transport Modelling team is in a strong position with a growing pipeline of work across major transport programs. Were looking for a Transport Modeller to join the team and play a key role in supporting this continued momentum.

How youll make a difference

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a transport modeller
• Experience in delivering operational modelling e.g. microsimulation and mesoscopic modelling for technically challenging projects
• Excellent communication presentation and analysis skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in engineering transport mathematics economics geography computer science statistics physics or equivalent discipline
• Experience in one or more operational modelling platforms e.g. VISSIMVisVAP Aimsun SIDRA
• Experience in using and developing scripts and macros in these packages
• Programming experience in Python SQL Visual Basic
• Experience in the use of GIS techniques in the application to transport modelling outputs and analysis.
