We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team within our Financial Crime Domain.

As payment methods evolve so too do the efforts of criminals in their attempts to defraud businesses and consumers. The Financial Crime domain sets the strategic direction for fraud scam AML and broader financial crime capabilities across Cuscals payment products. This includes identifying emerging typologies assessing productlevel vulnerabilities and translating those risks into roadmap priorities and investment cases. Were looking for a Product Manager to continue to drive forward Cuscals robust fraud monitoring solutions that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to stay ahead of emerging fraud trends while protecting our clients; their customers brand and balance sheets.    

About the Role: 

• Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscals position in the market  

• Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements SLAs aligned to market needs pricing models and distribution channels.  

• Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.  

• Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability.  

• Ensure that all products services and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation legislation and/or policies.   

• Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.  

• Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps.  

• Develop prepare and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscals products.  

• Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency. 

About You: 

Youll bring strong product discipline to financial crime having the ability to translate threat intelligence and regulatory expectations into clear roadmaps and working software. You focus on building products that enable clients to prevent detect and respond to fraud and financial crime across complex payment ecosystems. Youll have the below skills and experience:

• Proven Product Management experience in banking fraud and financial crimes with a preference for delivering SaaS and/or B2B products  

• Demonstrated Experience in development and execution of product management tactics for complex products  

• Demonstrated experience in product development/enhancement of business cases for B2B Partners and clients  

• Domain experience in payments issuing switching settlements and/or disputes is highly regarded
