Requirements
Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects writing optimised code and providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They are responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team.

Initial contract duration: 6 months
Extension term details: 2 x 20 days extension
Experience level Senior: EL1 equivalent
Working arrangements: Remote
Maximum hours: 40 hours per week
Visa Status: Must be AU citizen
Security clearance: Must be able to obtain a Baseline
Key duties and responsibilities
The Power App Developer will be responsible for:
Designing and developing Power Apps to support FWIN business processes
Implementing Dataverse as the primary data store for FWIN records
Designing and configuring Power Automate flows to support data validation workflow automation and notifications
Migrating existing data from SharePoint Lists to Dataverse
Ensuring data quality integrity and consistency throughout the migration process
Applying appropriate security roles permissions and governance controls
Collaborating with business users to refine requirements and iterate solutions
Producing clear technical and operational documentation including:
o Data model and solution design
o Application configuration
o Support and maintenance requirements
Delivering user training knowledge transfer and hyper-care support following deployment
Technical skills
Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps canvas/model driven apps and Power Automate flows
- Consulting skills such as solution architecture design and stakeholder management
- Experience implementing governance policies for applications and data within Dataverse
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across internal teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance of complex workflows application and data connections
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform
