Quality Assurance Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring highquality compliant service delivery that meets contractual and client expectations. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services. This role is based in Kingsgrove and requires travel to sites as required.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead the independent quality assurance and compliance function ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and Downers Quality Management System.

• Plan and deliver riskbased audits assurance reviews and compliance activities with consistency rigour and integrity.

• Coordinate and manage external audits and assurance activities including responses evidence preparation and corrective action plans.

• Analyse audit outcomes and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to embed a proactive valuesled quality culture across the contract.

What Youll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance audit or compliance leadership ideally within complex or regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems audit frameworks and contractual compliance requirements.

• Confident collaborative communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse stakeholders.

• A thoughtful detailfocused approach with the confidence to lead independently and influence outcomes.

• A commitment to continuous improvement integrity and doing the right thing even when its not the easy option.
