Job Summary

About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our team at Bayantech. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career whos eager to learn grow and gain hands-on experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installing configuring and maintaining servers and systems
Monitor system performance and report any issues
Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot basic IT problems
Support user account management (creation access permissions)
Help maintain system security backups and updates
Document processes and system configurations
Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
12 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Familiarity with networking fundamentals
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
