UX Designer

Were now looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive consistent user experiences across our product this role youll design user interfaces and workflows for complex enterprise-grade products working closely with product management front-end engineers and architects to ensure usability consistency and scalability.

What youll do

• Design user interfaces workflows and interaction models for complex products

• Create wireframes prototypes and UX specifications

• Contribute to and evolve our design system and reusable UI components

• Ensure consistency across products (navigation layouts patterns)

• Apply usability and accessibility best practices

• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life

• Participate in product planning and feature development

• Continuously improve existing user experiences

What we are looking for

• Strong foundation in UX interaction design usability and accessibility

• Experience designing complex applications (e.g. dashboards admin tools data-heavy interfaces)

• Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable reusable UI components

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for wireframing and prototyping

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex workflows

• Clear communication and experience working in cross-functional product teams

• Understanding of Agile development and collaboration with engineering

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and modern development workflows (e.g. Git issue tracking tools)
