Technician Co-Development

The Clinical Supply Puurs department manufactures clinical / development batches in Puurs and is crucial to ensuring customers and patients receive the medicines they need precisely when they need them.

In our department you will play a pivotal rol in making sure that those clinical batches and critical samples are supplied in time to the clinical studies pack and label sites and testing labs across the world and thus accelerating the delivery of medicines to the world.

What You Will Achieve

We are looking for a CoDev Technician with extensive shipment this role you will have the following tasks :

• Work in close collaboration with the different Project Engineers CoDev who are responsible for each project and provide administrative/technical/operational support (main focus on shipment of samples to external labs )

• Manage timely shipment at correct storage conditions of samples and clinical batches to R&D and clinical studies (Correct labeling and packaging of samples to different receiving sites Write request documents for shipment activities (checklists NSSG forms )

• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders (Customs Receiving site CoDev Project Engineers Import/Export department Courier ) Arrange correct pick up of samples by the courier)

• Prepare shipment documentation including invoices and customs paperwork such as EDIS CMR USDA Guideline Export Declaration.

• Succesfully execute projects that will enhance our operational efficiency.

• Use SAP and other systems to manage material requests and shipments.

• Works within a defined scope and applies knowledge and skills to meet the need of the company.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Experience in a technical or scientific GMP environment (e.g. lab production hospital) or a supply chain/logistics background with eagerness to learn GMP standards.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as invoices EDIS CMR USDA Guideline Export Declaration

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments.

• Flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently.

• Skilled in SAP MS Office (Word Excel).

• Hands-on detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
