As an Operations Officer you play a crucial role in shaping executing and maintaining our digital landscape. Your primary focus will be on managing and enhancing our website overseeing web development initiatives implementing integrations and efficiently managing back-office operations through our different e-commerce tools.

You will collaborate closely with our AI Lead to integrate artificial intelligence into every aspect of the operational flow automating repetitive processes surfacing data-driven insights and continuously pushing the boundaries of what our operations can achieve. You will bring both the analytical rigour and the creative flair needed to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

General responsibilities

Store Management

Oversee day-to-day Shopify back-office operations including product uploads inventory management pricing updates and order fulfillment.

Web Development

Collaborate with developers and designers to implement innovative website features enhancements and design improvements aligned with our brand identity and business objectives.

AI Integration & Automation

Partner with our AI Lead to identify prototype and scale AI-driven solutions across all operational processes.

Champion automation initiatives that reduce manual effort increase accuracy and unlock new operational capabilities.

Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and frameworks translating trends into practical improvements for the business.

User Experience (UX)

Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize site navigation layout and content ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping experience.

Paid Social

Follow up on paid media advertisement campaigns set up by our Paid Social Specialist. Understand the metrics & KPIs and act on conclusions and next steps.

Profile

Masters degree in Economics Engineering Business or a similar analytically rigorous discipline.

A first working experience in e-commerce consulting business analysis or a similarly structured analytical environment is a strong plus.

Based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
