Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project teams ensuring alignment with objectives timelines and quality standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications set and manage expectations and provide regular status updates.
- Identify escalate and resolve project risks and issues maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Oversee project documentation process improvements and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Foster a positive team environment mentor junior staff and promote collaboration across functions.
Drive project delivery monitor milestones and adapt plans to meet changing priorities and urgent needs.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related roles.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel PowerPoint Outlook); project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills clear communication and results orientation.
- Advanced English. Portuguese is a plus.
