At Detmold Group we partner with some of the worlds most recognised food and retail brands to deliver innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. We are now seeking a Business Manager Global Brands to lead and grow a portfolio of strategically critical customers in New Zealand.

This is a high-impact senior role at the heart of our Global Brands business. You will lead a small capable team and work closely with local and Global stakeholders to drive growth customer loyalty and longterm value.

About the role

Reporting to the Group Manager Global Brands you will take endtoend ownership of several complex highvalue accounts predominantly within the QSR sector. Key focuses include:

• Owning and growing global and local brand relationships including major QSR and retail brands
• Developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver profitable sustainable growth
• Winning new business while strengthening and expanding existing partnerships
• Acting as the senior commercial lead and trusted advisor for your customers
• Leading coaching and mentoring a small team (2 account coordinators) to achieve their full potential
• Driving NPD initiatives commercial negotiations and joint business planning
• Partnering effectively with internal teams across supply chain marketing innovation and operations
• Operating with urgency accountability and a strong customer lens in a matrixed transTasman environment

You are an accomplished commercial leader who delivers results builds followership and sees opportunity where others see complexity.

Youll bring:

• Proven experience in a senior account or business management role within FMCG QSR distribution or packaging
• A strong track record of growing major customers and winning new business
• Demonstrated people leadership capability including coaching and developing highperforming teams
• Commercial sharpness financial acumen and confidence in negotiations
• The ability to influence across complex internal and external stakeholder groups
• Energy agility and professionalism you lead by purpose conviction and example
