Weve had an exciting fixed term (12 months) opportunity open up in our Lifecycle team as aProgrammatic Lifecycle Marketer. This role is located in our Wellington office. Youll enjoy a varied role responsible for multiplying the impact of our lifecycle strategy using automation and AI tools to accelerate how we build and optimise personalised lifecycle experiences at scale.

Were looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Programmatic Lifecycle Marketer role we are specifically looking for someone who has:

• Hands-on experience: Youve spent a few years getting your hands dirty in a customer engagement platform (ideally Braze). You shouldnt just be able to load an email; you need to be able to design and build the scalable adaptive templates that power it.
• Technical chops: You like building systems that work at scale and look for opportunities to automate. Troubleshooting a broken API call or a logic loop shouldnt feel scary.
• AI curiosity and initiative: Youve started exploring how AI tools can improve marketing workflows and can tell us what youve tried and what you learned.
• Data curiosity: Youre more interested in Retention and ROI than just Open Rates. You love sharing what theyve learned with the wider team. Youre naturally curious about the numbers.
• Communication: You can act as a coach for our customers and our team. You feel comfortable sharing progress wins and misses with our internal team.
• Systems thinking: Youre comfortable working between Marketing Product and Data. You understand the nuances of the NZ and Aussie markets and how to build for both.
