Description

We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Manager in NZ to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring the effective stewardship compliance and performance of critical assets within a custodial correctional environment. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support safe secure and essential public services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

  • Managing asset registers lifecycle planning and asset performance to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

  • Partnering closely with operational teams and client stakeholders to support asset strategies within a live custodial correctional environment.

  • Coordinating asset inspections audits and reporting to maintain safety reliability and service continuity.

  • Supporting capital works planning renewals and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration accountability and care across the contract.

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in asset management facilities management or infrastructure environments ideally within complex or regulated settings.

  • A strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles compliance obligations and performance reporting.

  • The confidence to work respectfully and professionally within a custodial correctional environment with a strong focus on safety and integrity.

  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

  • A proactive mindset attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
