The Senior Customer Services Representative plays a key part in how we support our customers and our people during our weekend operations. Its also a great option for someone looking for a different worklife balance with weekends at work and weekdays free. Are you a Customer Service professional ready to take your career to the next level
As a Senior Customer Service Representative you play an important role by providing front line support for customer enquiries. You will be responding to enquiries from our customers providing support for complex queries via email phone and social media.
This role will give you real exposure and opportunities to work in collaboration with a variety of other business groups across Waka Kotahi so your excellent relationship management skills communication and time management will be the key to your success.

You will demonstrate knowledge of or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
