事業所で働く社員の健康を支えるため健康管理を担う保健師として主に社員との健康相談や個別面談を中心とした業務を担当していただきます
社員数の増加に伴い日常的に多くの面談対応が発生しており社員一人ひとりに丁寧かつ安定した対応ができる方を求めています

日常業務に習熟した後は本人の適性や経験に応じて長時間労働者対応健康診断ストレスチェック等の健康管理プログラムの運営に段階的に関与していただく可能性があります

As an occupational health nurse you will support employees health at the worksite with a primary focus on health consultations and individual interviews.
Due to the growing number of employees this role involves handling a high volume of interviews requiring consistent calm and thoughtful engagement with individuals.
After gaining sufficient experience in daily operations the employee may gradually be involved in managing health-related programs such as support for employees working long hours health examinations and stress assessments depending on their aptitude and experience.
