• このポジションAssociate Sales StrategistはQVC Japanをサポートしマルチプラットフォームに注力してコンテンツの企画制作そしてあらゆるプラットフォームで効果的に機能するセールス戦略を立案することで事業の小売戦略を実現しますラインマネージャーの指示の下QVCの番組制作とプレゼンテーションを通じて売上を最大化し純利益率の目標達成を目指す役割を担います

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり月に数日 幕張本社での勤務が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています

仕事内容

• テレビECデジタルを横断した販売戦略を立案し売上目標達成をリードします
• 商品ブランドの強みを踏まえ番組キャンペーンの企画および実行を担当します
• 番組制作MDマーケティングEC出演者と連携し施策全体を推進します
• 売上視聴データを分析しPDCAを回しながら販売施策の精度を高めます
• 上位セールスストラテジストと連携しつつ自律的に担当領域の成果創出を担います

• テレビ番組制作マーケティング販売に関する基礎知識
• 交渉力コミュニケーション能力他者に影響を与え合意形成を図る能力
• 時間管理能力と業務の優先順位付け能力
• リーダーシップと主体性
• 厳しい納期やプレッシャーの中でも柔軟に対応できる能力
• Office関連ソフトウェアWordExcelPowerPointの実務知識と効果的な活用能力
