Job Title: Supply/Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

Join DAWSONs mission to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston SC. As a Supply/Warehouse Manager you will lead logistics operations that sustain a fast-paced law enforcement training environment. Youll oversee inventory supply distribution furniture staging printed materials and student support logisticsensuring mission readiness across the entire campus.

Location: Charleston SC

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and supply operations including receipt storage and issuance of materials office supplies training aids and furniture.

• Supervise warehouse post office and student administration support staff to ensure timely fulfillment of work orders classroom setups and student support supply requests.

• Operate and maintain an accurate computerized inventory system for all stock and materials.

• Oversee student packet assembly classroom material distribution and printed media inventory.

• Coordinate and track the movement relocation and assembly of furniture and equipment across the campus.

• Conduct quarterly wall-to-wall inventories and provide timely reports to government representatives.

• Ensure safe handling of shipments forklifts and warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.

• Maintain order cleanliness and security of storage areas and receiving docks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience managing warehouse operations in a government education or training environment of comparable size and complexity.

• Demonstrated experience with inventory control distribution logistics and staff supervision.

• Proficiency in using computerized inventory software and basic office applications (e.g. Excel email data entry).

• Familiarity with freight handling warehouse layout planning and basic material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks).

• Strong organizational time management and leadership skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible for DHS background investigation and suitability clearance.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with work authorization.

Salary Range - $70000
