Financial Analysis Advisor Express Scripts Hybrid

Summary:

Oversees pharmacy contractual guarantees driving performance through rigorous analysis and targeted pharmacy pricing recommendations. Provides endtoend leadership of provider contract management partnering crossfunctionally to support negotiations and address inperiod performance needs. Leads complex analyses and strategic initiatives applying sound judgment foresight and innovation. Delivers clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership advances financial analysis and forecasting methodologies and translates business objectives into technical requirements for system partners. Serves as a trusted internal subject matter expert

Responsibilities:
Managing pharmacy pricing to meet contractual guarantees.
Reviewing pharmacy contracts and ensuring that all guarantees are accounted for.
Tracking managing and reporting of pharmacy guarantee performance.
Recommend systems adjustments for proper alignment to providers contractual guarantees
Monitor and optimize Provider Guarantees database
Cross Functional support of internal business partners through ad hoc projects.
Lead analyses of claim data related to the assessment of strategic corporate initiatives and projects.
Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required (preferably in business accounting mathematics statistics or finance)
3 5 years of business experience in analysis modeling pricing &/or data management.
Experience with all MS Office applications
Experience of data warehouse and/coding preferred (Visual Basic Python C SQL R Teradata)
Thorough knowledge of PBM business model.
Analytical highly organized able to work with little supervision motivated to successfully meet deadlines attention to detail and
ability to multi-task.
Excellent Communication skills oral and written.
