Personal Injury and Litigation Experience is a MUST
Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
Propoundandrespond to extensive discovery
Draft various Motions OppositionsandReplies
Draft pleadingsandother documents such as declarationsandexhibit lists
Calendaring
Noticing Depositionsandother Hearings
Setting up CourtCallandAppearance Attorneys
Organize documents for filing
Drafting correspondence
Special projects as needed
Understanding of Personal Injury both in the pre-litigationandLitigation phases
Bilingual: English and Spanish Fluent - Huge Plus
