• Lead coach and develop General Managers and their teams

• 3 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
• Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High energy hands-on leadership style
• Willingness to travel regularly between Corpus Christi and Portland locations
