Job Description:
Business Systems Analyst

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must Haves (3 5)

Business Systems / Data Analysis experience - 3 years supporting enterprise data integrations MDM or shared service platforms

Requirements & intake expertise - ability to gather decompose and document business and functional requirements; translate requests into user stories acceptance criteria and test scenarios

Stakeholder communication skills - comfortable working with business users developers program leadership and technical teams to clarify and reframe requests

Basic SQL/data validation skills - able to perform data inquiries to support triage validation and operational follow up

Experience in regulated environments - familiarity with healthcare or human services data and privacy controls (e.g. HIPAA)

Nice to Haves

MDM experience - exposure to master data identity resolution golden records or cross system validation

Healthcare / public sector background - payer provider Medicaid human services or government data environments

Operational support & triage experience - backlog readiness defect handling UAT support and production issue triage

Cloud analytics familiarity - exposure to platforms such as AWS Snowflake Tableau or similar ecosystems

Strong documentation & facilitation skills - especially in environments where stakeholders arrive with prescriptive solutions rather than clear problems
