Job Summary
Role: SuccessFactors Consultant (Talent & Recruitment Focus)
Location: Newark NJ(The needs would be based in Newark NJ office and a hybrid role (in the office 2-3 days/week).)
Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules.
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and adjacent systems such as SAP ERP and other third-party platforms using Mulesoft to ensure data consistency and process automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop scalable secure and compliant HR solutions.
- Assist with good understanding of project schedules costs and resource management.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering blueprinting testing deployment and post-go-live support.
- Develop technical documentation integration flows and user training materials.
- Support system testing troubleshooting performance optimization oversee system upgrades and perform data migrations.
- Advise stakeholders on SuccessFactors capabilities best practices and architecture considerations.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Talent & Recruitment modules.
- Strong understanding of system architecture integrations (SAP Mulesoft) and middleware platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms and data mapping/integration.
- Experience in configuration workflows business rules and permissions.
- Good understanding of managing project timeline budget and resources.
- Knowledge of HR processes compliance and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM S/4HANA or similar integration tools is a plus.
- Exposure to HR analytics dashboards and large-scale HR projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Mulesoft or Middleware Integration Certification.
