Job Summary (List Format) Senior Project Manager Data Engineering (Customer Delivery Head)
- Lead and oversee multiple complex data engineering projects from initiation to completion ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans detailing scope timelines resource allocation and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables align with quality standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings providing status updates identifying risks and addressing issues with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate project resources including internal teams vendors and third-party contractors.
- Implement and promote project management best practices and methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) to optimize delivery.
- Monitor project performance prepare regular reports for senior management and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Utilize strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Apply expertise in data engineering software development life cycles and possibly data analytics/business intelligence tools.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
