Job Description:
Perform test planning test case development and test execution (manual and automated)
Testing on Apple OS platforms and hardware
Analyzing test failures and filing detailed defect reports
Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution
Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work
Requirements for the role:
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of professional work experience as a Software Quality Analyst or related
Experience in test planning test design test authoring and execution
Analyze test results and identify defects patterns of issues troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed reports
Ideal Requirements:
Experience testing mobile devices hardware home technologies and Bluetooth accessories
Familiarity with AI coding skills and tooling
Ability to create scripting to automate routine tasks
Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
Previous experience working with LLMs Virtual Assistants is a plus
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
